FLÂNEUR offers worldwide and same day shipping for all orders placed before 4 PM CET. We ship to the Netherlands with PostNL and worldwide with DHL Express, for the fastest and most reliable service. Please see our shipping rates below.

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges / refunds can be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. Please note that the returned must be send back within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging included.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. International returns initiated due to refusal/fail to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a €25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Items that were bought with a discount (during a sale period or with a discount code) will be refunded as store credit.

 

RETURNS EU CUSTOMERS

To apply a return please visit our Returns Center. Pack returning items if possible in original box with associated packaging materials. Please include the form with barcodes inside of the box so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Add the provided 'Return Label' on the outside of the package and bring your parcel to your nearest drop-off location. 

 

RETURNS NON-EU CUSTOMERS

For returns, please pick the courier and shipping service of your preference. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. 

To apply a return please visit our Returns Center. Pack returning items if possible in original box with associated packaging materials. Please include the form with barcodes inside of the box so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Add the 'Return Parcel Form' on the outside of the package and bring your parcel to the courier and shipping service of your preference. Return label is not complimentary, return shipping costs are not covered.
